Returns and Replacement Policy
(a) Returns.
Return of goods for any reason (other than claims of defective or incorrectly supplied goods) will be subject to a handling charge. All returns must be accompanied by a request for credit, quoting original invoice number on which the goods were supplied, and the goods must be in original packaging.
(b) Other Claims
Should you receive a short supply or damaged delivery, please note the discrepancy on the consignment note and contact FitSense Australia prior to the return of goods. Claims for non-delivery, short supply, incorrect goods supplied, and pricing or calculation errors must be made within 7 days of the invoice date in writing.
If you receive a defective product, please contact FitSense Australia to arrange for the product to be returned. If a returned product is found to be no fault of FitSense Australia, the freight charge to have the product returned will be charged to the customer.
Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
